Adam Ramsay

As a Registered Massage Therapist my goals are to provide patient-centred care to help with acute injuries, chronic conditions, or simple wellness, and I happily work with my patients to create a personalized treatment that best addresses their needs.
Massage types: General Swedish Massage, Pre & Post Natal, Fascial release, Hydrotherapy, scar work, joint mobilizations, sports massage, stretching and more.
Adam completed his Diploma of Massage Therapy at the Sutherland-Chan School of Massage Therapy and is a Registered Massage Therapist in good standing with the CMTO. He also has a Diploma of Liberal Arts from Seneca College, and is nearing the completion of his double major at the University of Toronto.

Darren has over 29,200 hours of hands on clinical experience and provides patient centered, research-informed care, since graduating from Centennial College’s Massage Therapy Advanced Diploma program in 2002. Since then he has completed a B.P.H.E. with a minor in Health Promotion at Laurentian University and a M.A at the University of Guelph. In 2024, Darren completed the highest level of Graston Technique Certification and is currently studying Manual Osteopathy.

Dr. Samantha Catania is a licensed Naturopathic Doctor providing individualized, evidence-informed care to assist her community in achieving their health goals. She prioritizes patient collaboration to identify and eliminate barriers, helping individuals achieve lasting wellness. Dr. Catania has interests in digestive, hormonal, mental, and metabolic health; pediatrics and women’s health; as well as chronic pain, performance optimization, and recovery. Dr. Catania uses comprehensive lab testing to assess the underlying cause of her patient’s ailments, and incorporates lifestyle counselling, clinical nutrition, supplementation, botanical and homeopathic medicine, as well as acupuncture and manual therapy to support whole-person care. Her goal is to empower patients with the knowledge and tools to feel their best and achieve sustainable wellness through every phase of life.

Using a combination of relaxing Swedish, deep tissue, trigger point, myofascial release, and joint mobilization techniques, Sujith has the ability of giving his clients relief and well-being. He is very compassionate and combines a technical approach in treating Musculo-skeletal issues and pain within a holistic framework. By emphasizing specific exercises and stretching, he promotes health and facilitates best results. Sujith Aprem is a Massage Therapist in good standing with CMTO.
Sujith is well versed with his assessment skills and precise treatment plans to get the best results for his clients. For over 8 years, Sujith has been working at Extendicare promoting wellness and improving life of the seniors in various domains like physical, emotional, and intellectual needs. Prior to, Sujith worked as a physiotherapy assistant in convalescent care in Extendicare Long Term Care facility for 4 years helping people to achieve their rehab goals.
Suzanne Ogilvie-King

Manual Osteopathy
Suzanne has always had a strong interest in health and wellbeing. It began in high school, continued throughout university and culminated in attending the rigorous, five-year program at the Canadian College of Osteopathy in Toronto. She has been treating people with osteopathic principles since 2015. Her final research project was on global osteopathic treatment and its effect on postpartum maternal health. She treats the general population suffering from a variety of aches and pains, concussions, TMJ disorders, trauma and people with rare conditions that are resistant to other forms of treatment. She also works with prenatal and postnatal mothers, newborns and children of all ages.
She has additional training in traditional osteopathy through the Centre of Traditional Osteopathy by Dr. James Jealous, Dr. Olixn Adams, Cathy Edyt and Dr. Donald Hankinson. She has completed Phase 8 and Pediatrics Phase 3. She uses traditional osteopathy, muscle energy, myofascial release, cranial sacral and osteo-articular techniques to remove blockages within the body, allowing the body to heal itself, at its own pace.
