Late-Cancelation and No-Show Policy:

Much like playing volleyball, if you call the ball as yours, no one else will go for the ball. The same works with appointments. Most people plan ahead and so the closer it gets to the appointment, the harder it is to fill.

To avoid being charged for a booked appointment, you must cancel more than 24 hours before your appointment to avoid a 50% charge. If the cancelation is made less than 6 hours before the appointment, you will be charged 100% of the cost of the appointment. If you find yourself in a position where you will be charged under this policy, you may choose to send someone from your household, a friend or family member in your place.
