Late-Cancelation and No-Show Policy:

If you find yourself in a position where you will be charged under this policy, you may choose to send someone from your household, a friend or family member in your place. This person will need create a patient profile and fill out thier health history forms and pay for their appointment.

Much like playing volleyball, if you call the ball as yours, no one else will go for the ball. The same works with appointments. Most people plan ahead and so the closer it gets to the appointment, the harder it is to fill.

To avoid being charged for an appointment you can no longer show up for, you must cancel more than 24 hours before your appointment. If the cancelation is made less than 24-16  hours before the appointment, you will be charged 50% of the appointment fee, if you cancel within 15 hours of the appointment, you will be charged 100% of the appointment fee.
