Suzanne has always had a strong interest in health and wellbeing. It began in high school, continued throughout university and culminated in attending the rigorous, five-year program at the Canadian College of Osteopathy in Toronto. She has been treating people with osteopathic principles since 2015. Her final research project was on global osteopathic treatment and its effect on postpartum maternal health. She treats the general population suffering from a variety of aches and pains, concussions, TMJ disorders, trauma and people with rare conditions that are resistant to other forms of treatment. She also works with prenatal and postnatal mothers, newborns and children of all ages.
She has additional training in traditional osteopathy through the Centre of Traditional Osteopathy by Dr. James Jealous, Dr. Olixn Adams, Cathy Edyt and Dr. Donald Hankinson. She has completed Phase 8 and Pediatrics Phase 3. She uses traditional osteopathy, muscle energy, myofascial release, cranial sacral and osteo-articular techniques to remove blockages within the body, allowing the body to heal itself, at its own pace.
